Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
since I am a independent contractor, you will find that my pricing is lower than large big corporate hvac companies. and since I am independent I am able to prioritize quality over speed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
understanding the customers wants, needs, and expectations. explaining to the customer all details of they're hvac system to ensure they clearly understand how it works and what the problems mean.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been doing this buisness since I was 14 yo. starting with family, I have first transferred from my first year in high school till graduation to a vocational hvac school. from there I attended ferris state university a top hvac college for my training and certification. every year I attend continuing education classes and spend every day perfecting my trade and skills. I love this trade!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
with family at a very young age. I've always been very interested in all things mechanical and electrical.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have many customers whom own over 100 properties each and maintain every single property they own. I also work with the smallest of customers and jobs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
there are many, but I have completed thousands of very memorable projects. every job has something about it that makes each unique.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
unfortunately from what I have personally witnessed every day is that most contractors and especially big companies are 100% number and sales driven, so unfortunately things like quality, pride, and honesty are not a priority of most companies. as a independent contractor with my personal name and reputation on the line all these values are what establish a good relationship with my customers. when looking to hire someone for your hvac work, experience and quality are extremely important to ensure you get what your system deserves.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
how choosing them will ensure their system has the best chance of lasting as long as possible with little to none break downs and interruptions of heat or cooling performance.
